Extension until 31 August 2015 of the Suspension of Enforcement Acts, Payment of Court Fees, Bail, and Monetary Amounts Arising from Commutation of Sentences

By joint ministerial decision (57382 – Government Gazette B 1620/31-07-2015) of the Ministers of Justice and Finance, the validity period of Ministerial Decision no. 49214/21-7-2015 is extended until 31 August 2015, by which the “Suspension of enforcement actions, payment of court fees, guarantees and monetary amounts arising from conversion of penalties” had initially been provided.
