Real Estate Law

We specialise, with extensive experience, in all matters relating to properties — whether residential, industrial, plots, commercial, or agricultural — including: transfers, investments, property management, construction, property development, drafting of contractor agreements, legal supervision of construction under the (antiparochi) (land-for-apartment exchange exchange of property for land development rights) regime, long-term and short-term leases, commercial property leases, real estate finance leasing (leasing, sale and leaseback), and property purchase financing. Our services are offered throughout Greece (particularly Piraeus, Athens, Thessaloniki, Mykonos, Santorini, Kefalonia, Rhodes, Crete, etc.).

We handle the entire process — whether representing the seller (collecting the required certificates and documents for the transaction as directed by the appointed notary, attending the preliminary agreement signing if required, and the final sale deed) or the buyer (conducting title searches both initially and on the day of signing, making a final check before the definitive contract so that the buyer has full security regarding the legal status of the property being purchased). We check for any encumbrances (pre-notes, mortgages, seizures), claims, and the overall legal status and correctness of the title in relation to the horizontal property constitution, where applicable, and any possible amendments thereto. We represent our principal buyer-client at during the signing of the final sale deed purchase contract.

We provide services for obtaining residence permits for foreign nationals from third countries (Golden Visa) — working with private investors and businesspeople from around the world, primarily from China, Russia, and the United States. We liaise with professional real estate agents and undertake full property management, collaborating with professional engineers, accountants, and notaries.
