Pursuant to a new provision of the Legislative Act dated 31 July 2015 (Government Gazette A/90), the possibility is granted for the settlement of cheques and bills of exchange maturing until 31 August 2015, which were not paid due to actual inability to pay, until 30 September 2015, without being recorded in the financial behavior records (Teiresias) of credit institutions.
