Suspension of enforcement actions from 1 to 30 September 2015

We hereby publish the ministerial decision which was sent today for publication (the Government Gazette reference will be known tomorrow morning) and the content of which is as follows:

1) The validity of Ministerial Decision no. 49214/21.7.2015 is extended until 30 September 2015 entitled “Suspension of enforcement actions, payment of court fees, guarantees and monetary amounts arising from conversion of penalties” (B’ 1525).

2) This decision shall enter into force on 1 September 2015.
