Judicial Authority or Administrative Court, for each case, civil or criminal, and in every lawsuit, intervention and in all initiating pleadings of the proceedings, legal remedies, applications or appeals before the same Courts and Authorities.
b) Euro 5 for the same purposes before the Court of Appeal, Felony Court, Administrative Courts when adjudicating on appeal, or any judicial authority composed of appellate judges.
c) Euro 15 for the same acts before the Council of State or the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos) or the Court of Audit.
d) Euro 3 for the same acts before the Magistrates’ Court or Misdemeanor Court or the respective judicial authority.
e) Euro 3 for every complaint or application submitted to the Prosecutor or Public Prosecutor and to every investigating officer, as well as for every application or memorandum of any type submitted to any Service under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice, Bar Associations, Notarial Associations or Bailiffs’ Associations, except for applications for the issuance of Criminal Record Certificates.
f) Euro 0.5 for the drafting of a notarial deed for which fixed fees are paid, Euro 3 for all types of notarial acts for which proportional fees are paid, and Euro 0.5 for the issuance of each copy or extract thereof.
g) Euro 2 for each copy or certificate issued by any judicial authority, legal entity of public law under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice, Bar Associations, Notarial Associations and Bailiffs’ Associations, except for Criminal Record Certificates.»
