Required Documents for Issuance of a Payment Order for Outstanding Common Expenses

1. Minutes of the General Assembly appointing the Building Administrator.
2. Minutes of the General Assembly authorizing the filing of an application for a payment order.
3. Deed of establishment of horizontal property – Building Regulation, along with any amendments thereto and the relevant registration certificates.
4. Title deed of the respondent (debtor).
5. Notices/invoices of common expenses, in order to determine the amount of the debt and the debtor’s share in the common expenses.
6. Extrajudicial notice (formal demand) served on the respondent for the payment of the common expenses.
