SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
which must be submitted by the applicant together with the application for debt settlement under Law 3869/2010 (over-indebted households):
a) recent certificate of family status and copy of identity card.
b) E1 tax returns of the last three (financial) years.
c) tax clearance statements of the last three (financial) years.
d) recent E9 property declaration.
e) salary statements or recent pension statement or unemployment certificate / unemployment card (OAED).
f) copies of vehicle registration licenses, if any.
g) certificates of debts from creditors.
h) copies of loan agreements.
i) (if any) termination notices of loan agreements.
j) title(s) of ownership of the applicant’s real estate property(ies).
k) certificates of debts to the State and Local Authorities (OTA).
l) certificates of debts from social security institutions.
m) copy of criminal record for general use (pursuant to Article 575 of the Code of Criminal Procedure), evidencing that the applicant has not been convicted of a felony-level financial or tax offence.
n) in case of previous commercial activity, certificate of cessation of business activity from the competent Tax Office, as well as E3 tax forms of the last three financial years of operation (in order to establish lack of bankruptcy capacity of the applicant).
o) solemn declaration regarding completeness of financial statements and transfers.
p) any additional documents at the discretion of the debtor.
q) in case of marriage, the above documents must also be submitted for the spouse.
r) calculation sheet of the objective value of the debtor’s primary residence.
s) recent printout of asset status from TAXIS (GENERAL SECRETARIAT OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS / from “E9 declaration” or “E9 asset declarations”).
