Article 37
Article 6 of Law 2664/1998 is amended as follows:
Cases (a) and (b) of paragraph 2 of Article 6 of Law 2664/1998, as amended and in force pursuant to Article 2 paragraph 2 of Law 4164/2013 (A’ 156), are replaced, with retroactive effect from the time they entered into force, as follows:
“2. (a) In the case of an inaccurate first registration, an action may be brought before the competent court of first instance, both in terms of subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction, seeking recognition of the right affected by the inaccurate registration and the correction, in whole or in part, of the first registration. The action (declaratory or vindicatory) shall be brought by any person having a legitimate interest within a strict limitation period of seven (7) years.
(b) For areas declared under cadastral survey prior to the publication and entry into force of Law 3481/2006 (A’ 162), the limitation period referred to in case (a) of this paragraph shall be fourteen (14) years.”
